Yowzers, it's been awhile. Never too late to catch up on some basics with your fitness and especially as the cold weather kicks in. Time to maintain your sanity with some TRX basics.
Most of my clients can't remember how to do the TRX after the first session or two, but once you get the hang of it, it will eventually become second nature.
The TRX is ideal for total body fitness, strength training and core/balance work. It saves time at the gym as you use your abs the entire time you are doing any move with the TRX suspension system.
Start with 8 reps and try to complete 3 sets.
1 - Bicep Curl
2 - Squat to Low Row
3 - Triceps Extension
4 - Chest Press
5 - Curtsey Squat
6 - Reverse Lunge to Knee Up
